Training and Development Manager
Location: New York, NY
• Responsible for learning and development initiatives for global Fund Services business group, including Private Equity, Mutual and Hedge Fund Accounting, Derivatives, and Transfer Agency operations staff
• Support Worldwide Securities Services Technology team globally
• Provide performance consultancy with the business’ senior management to define training strategy mapped against business objectives
• Organizational development programs implemented in line with business change approach
• Create certification, assessment, measurement and evaluation to provide business impact as identified from business metrics
• Manage staff of trainers in regional offices globally as well as matrix managed teams
• Develop curriculum to include a blended solution, traditional classroom, elearning and virtual training sessions for client
• Perform needs analysis for client to determine recommended learning approach
• Designed and support web site for marketing of IT training offerings
• Instrumental in migration efforts to a single operating model requiring application training of staff in both local and offshore locations
• Member of Global Extended Training Leadership Team
• Develop business analyst rotation program, product academies, workshops, and various training initiatives for client
• Deliver classroom Management Effectiveness courses to Americas business client base
• Establish new hire induction orientation for incoming staff
