• Established a global Sales Curriculum uniquely designed to support the learning at a local level where continuous support is needed for reinforcement of skill development

• Designed and implemented “conversational excellence” program across organization to empower 65,000 employees to have higher-level conversations to generate innovation and collaboration and to increase their quality of each conversation.
• Implemented the full rollout of a decision making tool (RACI) throughout the organization including facilitator training sessions, material development and broad scale support
• Run forums for Business Training Community of Practice across AIG to provide best practices, access to industry experts, and opportunity for knowledge exchange
